PRIVACY POLICY

  1. In order to provide the services it offers, Garon processes the personal data of the Client that is provided to it during registration or when using the services offered by Garon. The information that Garon collects includes the personal information of the Client, such as their name, physical address, email address, phone number, banking information, identity documents, as well as professional information (occupation, company, etc.).

  2. The Client expressly authorizes Garon to share their Personal Data, including banking information such as IBAN and/or account number, with companies within the Garon group, partner companies, or third-party data processing services in Switzerland and abroad in order for Garon to provide the services it offers. These service providers process the Client's personal data solely at the request of Garon, based on our instructions, and in accordance with Garon's privacy policy and the purposes of the website. These service providers are required to maintain confidentiality.

  3. Garon is committed to complying with the federal data protection law.

  4. The Client expressly authorizes Garon to delegate certain tasks to companies located outside of Switzerland (such as financial intermediation, IT services and infrastructure, server location, and maintenance, among other services). This means that User data may be transferred to such companies outside of Switzerland. In the context of delegating certain tasks mentioned above, the Client is informed that in some jurisdictions, there is no legislation ensuring an appropriate level of protection as defined by the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act. If the Client's personal data needs to be transferred to such companies, Garon will seek the Client's consent.

  5. To enhance the Client's experience on the website, cookies are used. These are small files that are stored in the web browser and store certain settings and data in the web browser to exchange with Garon's system. It is in no way used to store the Client's personal information.

  6. The Client can refuse the use of cookies in their Internet browser settings. The Client is advised that by disabling the use of cookies, they may not have full access to the website's features.

  7. This website uses Google Analytics, which is a service of Google Inc. located in the United States. Google Analytics is a tool that analyzes website usage. This tool may use cookies to collect anonymous information and generate reports on website usage statistics without the Client being personally identified by Google. The information generated by these cookies (including the user's IP address) may be sent and stored on servers in the United States. Google complies with data protection requirements of the Swiss-American Privacy Shield networks and is registered with the Privacy Shield program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. If the Client does not want Google Analytics to record data about their visit, the Client can install a browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.

  8. The website also uses other third-party services such as MixPanel, Hotjar, and others.

  9. The website uses social plugins for various social networks (hereinafter referred to as the "social network"), such as facebook.com (operated by Facebook, Inc.), twitter.com (operated by Twitter, Inc.), and more .google .com (operated by Google, Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as "Plugin(s)"). When the Client visits websites containing plugins, the Client's browser connects directly to the respective social network's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to the Client's browser from each social network and integrated into the Site. By integrating the plugin, the social network receives information that the Client has visited the website. If the Client is registered with a social network, they can link their visit to the corresponding social network account. If the Client interacts with the Plugin, the corresponding information from the Client's browser is sent directly to the relevant social network and stored there. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection, further processing, and use of data on the respective social network, as well as the Client's rights and how to protect their privacy, please refer to the respective social network's privacy policy.

  10. By using the Site, the Client declares their acceptance of Google processing the data collected in connection with the Client, in accordance with Google's privacy policy mentioned above. The Client acknowledges that Garon is in no way responsible for this process.

  11. This privacy policy may change from time to time. Garon will inform the Client of such changes.
